As a Senior Network Engineer, you will serve as a cornerstone of our IT operations, embodying a deep understanding of networking fundamentals across hybrid environments. This role exists to ensure the reliability and scalability of our network infrastructure, enabling seamless collaboration across business units and creative teams.
You will collaborate closely with network team members to design, deploy, and maintain functional networks at scale. Your day-to-day involves configuring and maintaining hardware such as switches, routers, and security appliances throughout their lifecycle, while recommending solutions to improve the network service stack. Beyond technical maintenance, you will analyze network metrics to drive performance, integrity, and security improvements, and deploy automated workflows to increase administrative efficiency. You will also play a key mentorship role, guiding team members with technical and professional support while resolving advanced support issues and assisting other IT staff with escalated challenges.
