Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConfigure and maintain network DWDM systems
- check_circleDesign and architect network projects and features
- check_circleProvide technical mentoring to less experienced engineers
- check_circleCreate Method of Procedures (MOP) and Statements of Work (SOW)
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional resources to deliver network projects
- check_circleEnsure customer network services remain fully operational
- check_circleTroubleshoot production issues and provide technical expertise
- check_circleParticipate in Day 2 Support planning and preparation meetings
- check_circleSupport deployments, maintenances, and escalations outside regular hours
- check_circleConduct network performance reviews with management and customers
Requirements
- verified5+ years professional experience with Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- verified2-3 years professional experience with Master's Degree
- verifiedPrior experience with Ciena
- verifiedAbility to work 7x24x365 shifts including off hours and holidays
- verifiedWork authorization within the U.S.
