Mission Technologies is searching for an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA. This role is part of a current proposal scheduled to start in 2026. You will be responsible for architecting and supporting the modernization, expansion, enhancement, and upgrades across US Army IT infrastructure, IT systems, support systems, and communications systems.
In this position, you will analyze site survey reports, recommend network modernization upgrades, craft network architectures, and assist operations leads in creating deployment plans and executing capability rollouts. The role requires direct interaction with US Army, DoD, and other USG personnel, including briefing technical plans and adjusting architecture requirements to fit US Army acquisition and supply chain requirements. You will provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle and reach-back SME support when unforeseen obstacles and complex issues arise.

Active or prior TOP SECRET/SCI clearance. Willingness to deploy to USG sites for 2-4 weeks at a time. Holds advanced professional networking certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, or industry equivalent. Familiarity and application of architectural frameworks commonly used in Government agencies, such as DoDAF, TOGAF, etc. Familiarity with Zero Trust principles, concepts, methodologies, and approaches as laid out in CISA's Zero Trust Maturity Model and NIST SP 800-27 Zero Trust Architecture.
