About the Role
The Network and Systems Engineer will play a vital role in overseeing and maintaining our network infrastructure and security across corporate and remote field locations. This position operates under the guidance of the Chief People Officer and will supervise IT Support Technician I and junior network engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConfigure, implement, and maintain network, telecommunications, and server technologies
- check_circleAdminister and maintain network infrastructure across multiple corporate and remote locations
- check_circleOversee daily network operations including hardware/software support and special projects
- check_circleMonitor network performance, security, and access privileges
- check_circleEstablish and manage user accounts, file sharing, and security protocols
- check_circlePerform weekly configuration backups and maintain technical documentation
- check_circleResearch, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues
- check_circleSupervise IT Support Technician I and junior network engineers
- check_circleParticipate in an on-call rotation for emergency support
- check_circlePlan and implement system automation to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- verifiedMinimum of 10 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting firewalls and Layer 3 switches
- verifiedMaster's degree in Information Systems preferred
