About the Role
Vertiv Group is seeking a NETA Electrical Testing Service Operations Manager to lead operations within our Energy & Utilities-focused, mission-critical service business. This role is designed to ensure the safety, reliability, and quality of electrical testing and commissioning for data centers and industrial facilities. You will serve as a pivotal partner to engineering-driven teams, managing the full lifecycle of NETA-compliant projects from planning and scheduling to final delivery.
In this fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you will oversee the daily execution of field service projects, ensuring strict adherence to NETA, NFPA 70E, and Vertiv standards. Your day-to-day involves optimizing resources, managing project budgets and margins, and driving continuous process improvements. Beyond operational oversight, you will play a key role in mentoring technicians, developing field and technical staff, and collaborating with sales and engineering to scope and deliver complex solutions that meet rigorous customer expectations.
