About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Neonatologist to join our established team of three in a Level 3 NICU. This position is ideally suited for a mid-career physician who desires a leadership role as Medical Director and meets CCS guidelines for such a position. You will have the opportunity to lead a team while fostering a culture of teaching and training.

Situated on the I-5 corridor midway between Sacramento and the Oregon border, the city is surrounded by rural landscapes and offers immediate access to kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, and fishing. The area features two reservoirs, the Sacramento River, and 225 miles of trails within a 15-mile radius. For those seeking urban life, Sacramento is just over two hours away, while the Bay Area and the Northern California coast are within a three-to-four-hour drive. The region is also known for its natural wonders, including Fern Canyon and Grizzly Creek State Park.
