About the Role
This Neonatal Nurse Practitioner position is based at a highly regarded medical center in Atlanta, Georgia, known for its commitment to women's and children's health. The facility is a Level 3 Trauma Center featuring a NICU and 331 licensed beds, performing an average of 250 deliveries per month.
In this role, you will join a collaborative team to manage the day-to-day operations of the NICU. You will work alongside clinical assistants and utilize the hospital's EHR system to support your practice. The schedule is coordinated collaboratively among all providers, offering flexible options including the ability to bundle shifts. You will be part of a dynamic environment where you can deliver high-quality care to expectant mothers and newborns while benefiting from a supportive, team-based culture.
