We are seeking a National Sales Director to build and scale a new business segment focused on plan-and-spec and value engineering within commercial HVAC. This is a highly entrepreneurial leadership role with national scope, designed to launch into value engineering channels while expanding into plan-and-spec opportunities.
In this position, you will drive revenue growth and margin expansion by establishing long-term channel strategies and market presence. You will partner with OEMs to bring new product lines to market and build a national network of representatives and contractors. The role requires a "hunter" mindset to develop new markets, territories, and business lines from scratch, rather than simply managing existing accounts.
