Point Quest Group is a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving quality of life through compassionate care. Our Healthcare & Medical Services team fosters an inclusive, growth-focused culture where innovation thrives. We believe in the transformative power of music to support emotional, cognitive, and social development, and we are committed to providing ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional advancement.
As a Music Therapist, you will join a collaborative team to help individuals build independence and achieve their full potential. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical needs and creative expression, utilizing evidence-based interventions to support clients with diverse developmental, behavioral, and medical needs. You will be the architect of therapeutic experiences, designing personalized plans that align with interdisciplinary care goals and IEP/IFSP objectives.
In your day-to-day, you will engage deeply with clients through improvisation, receptive listening, recreative, and composition techniques. Your work extends beyond the therapy room; you will collaborate closely with educators, behavioral specialists, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support. A significant part of your impact involves educating families and caregivers, equipping them with strategies to reinforce therapeutic gains across home, school, and community settings. You will also contribute to the broader mission by assisting with program development, outcome measurement, and quality improvement initiatives.
We value transparency and efficiency in our recruitment. Candidates selected for the next stage will engage in a series of interviews focused on clinical expertise, cultural competence, and team fit. We look for individuals who not only possess the required credentials but also embody our commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Point Quest Group is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and clients. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring that our team reflects the diverse communities we serve.
