About the Role

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for a driven, goal-oriented seller looking to grow their career in a high-impact role. As a key member of our Lansing sales team, you will take full ownership of building and managing a book of business. This is a consultative sales position where success is defined by your ability to build trust, deliver results, and help local businesses thrive.

You will focus on bringing in new clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing accounts. In this full-cycle sales role, you will prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights, conduct in-depth needs assessments, and present tailored marketing strategies. You will represent our full portfolio of solutions, including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships, while cross-selling and upselling to expand your clients' reach and ROI. You will partner with internal teams to collaborate on campaign execution and strategy, working directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
