About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will serve as the operational leader for our multi-family community, working directly under the direction of the Regional Manager. This role is designed for an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of residents.

In this position, you will lead a successful team of high performers, ensuring the property operates smoothly from a financial and operational standpoint. Your day-to-day involves cultivating a welcoming community, managing complex financial transactions, and resolving resident needs with efficiency and care. You will be instrumental in maintaining high occupancy levels, overseeing marketing efforts, and ensuring the physical property is well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities

check_circleTrain and supervise all team members under their supervision
check_circleMaintain high occupancy levels by assisting with leasing and processing forms
check_circleAssist in rent collection and handle delinquency matters
check_circleMaintain accurate financial records and adhere to accounting policies
check_circlePrepare daily bank deposits and purchase office supplies
check_circleSupervise outside contractors working on the property
check_circleWork within the budget and report variations to the Regional Manager
check_circleEnsure maintenance requests are resolved within 24 hours
check_circleEstablish schedules for routine maintenance and office coverage
check_circleAssist marketing leader with all aspects of community marketing
check_circleCollaborate with the Regional Manager to prepare the annual operating budget
check_circleHandle move-in and move-out details including apartment inspections

Requirements
