About the Role

This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader to head our Sales team. As a Sales Lead, you will drive revenue through renewals and expansion while empowering your team to achieve their full potential. You will partner with service, operations, and marketing to enhance the customer experience and foster a culture of proactive outreach and strategic account planning.

In this role, you will build and execute scalable customer growth strategies across our SMB client base. You will not only manage and coach a team of Account Managers but also play a hands-on role in hiring, training, and scaling the department. Whether joining client calls to guide deal strategy or conducting pipeline reviews to track KPIs, you will ensure accountability and outcomes that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
