As an MRI Technologist, you will be a vital partner in our diagnostic team, performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging examinations to assist in diagnosing complex medical conditions. Your day-to-day work involves preparing patients for scans, operating advanced MRI equipment, and ensuring strict safety protocols within the magnetic environment. You will be responsible for capturing detailed anatomical images while maintaining a comfortable and effective diagnostic experience for every patient.
Success in this role requires expert technical proficiency in MRI, meticulous attention to detail regarding image quality and safety, and excellent communication skills. You will review physician orders, select specific equipment settings to ensure optimal image quality, and manage the entire patient journey from orientation and preparation to post-exam discharge and documentation. Additionally, you will actively participate in routine, urgent, and emergent patient requests, ensuring that all clinical supplies are stocked and equipment logs are maintained according to departmental protocols.
