As a core member of the communications team, you will serve as the visual storyteller for MTC. This role is designed to create and distribute compelling visual, written, and digital content to MTC employees, industry stakeholders, elected officials, community leaders, media, and job applicants. You will lead the development of a reusable motion-graphics system and MOGRT library for company videos, including success stories, training modules, how-to guides, and role-plays.
Your day-to-day involves producing bespoke animations, occasionally shooting on-location video for interviews and b-roll, and managing a shareable asset library. You will collaborate closely with producers and editors to guide projects from the first idea to the final cut, ensuring high-quality output that enhances employee training and engages job applicants. This is an in-office position at our Headquarters in Centerville, UT, with consistent travel required to support field operations and storytelling needs.
