Key Responsibilities

- check_circleSubmit completed loan packages to underwriting for final approval
- check_circleReview all documents for accuracy starting from the first review stage
- check_circleComplete mortgage workflow tasks and ensure compliance with company policies
- check_circleMaintain accurate loan files and ensure information is complete before submission
- check_circleOrder specific loan documents including XML sheets, insurance, and title commitments
- check_circleCommunicate with borrowers, loan officers, and mortgage operations to gather documentation
- check_circleRetrieve and assemble loan documentation for packages after application signing
Requirements
- verifiedgeneral banking knowledge in mortgage and lending areas
