This is a 100% commission role designed for professionals who want to operate with the autonomy of an independent business owner.
This fully remote opportunity provides access to over 300 lenders nationwide and allows you to conduct business in 48 states. Unlike traditional models where loan officers often miss the true value of the loans they close, Leadling offers full transparency into margins and compensation. You will have direct control over pricing and income, supported by scalable systems, technology, and optional paid BDC-supported opportunities.
Ideal candidates include active Mortgage Loan Officers, self-sourced producers, Branch Managers, and Team Leads. This role is specifically tailored for LOs seeking higher compensation, greater flexibility, and the ability to scale beyond a local market.
