You will navigate local streets and traffic efficiently to meet strict delivery deadlines. A significant part of your role involves interacting professionally with customers during both pickups and deliveries, verifying delivery information, and obtaining necessary signatures.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of deliveries and mileage, as well as conducting basic pre-trip inspections of the moped to ensure it is in good working condition. Adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols is paramount. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with dispatch and team members and may be required to handle cash transactions or assist with loading and unloading items as needed.
