Veterinarian-founded and owned, Lap of Love offers an alternative to traditional in-clinic practice. We have created a career path where veterinarians can practice with purpose while living a life that feels balanced and supported. Our mission is to honor your time, support your well-being, and reconnect you with the heart of why you became a veterinarian.
As a mobile veterinarian, you will provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families during one of life's most meaningful moments. This work is deeply appreciated and emotionally fulfilling, allowing you to practice medicine that fills your heart and aligns with your values.
You will join a community of more than 400 veterinarians and support professionals who thrive in our culture of kindness. With ongoing training, seasoned mentors, and dedicated practice managers, you will always feel connected even while practicing independently.
At Lap of Love, you don't have to choose between a fulfilling career and a full life. We offer flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules that provide freedom beyond the walls of a traditional clinic. Our model ensures an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, giving you more time with families and less time on paperwork.\n We provide comprehensive support to lift you higher, including personalized mentorship, "phone-a-friend" access to experienced leaders, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. Here, you can truly live your best life, both professionally and personally.
Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check post-hire and before their associated start date.
Lap of Love is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
