Lap of Love is a compassionate, mission-driven team dedicated to improving the final chapter of pets' lives. We provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services, ensuring that every companion animal receives a peaceful, dignified farewell in the comfort of their own home.
As a Mobile Veterinarian, you will be the heart of our field operations, traveling within your territory to support families during their most difficult moments. This role goes beyond clinical care; it requires a unique blend of medical expertise and deep empathy. You will conduct quality-of-life assessments, create personalized palliative care plans, and perform peaceful farewells with dignity.
Your day involves navigating client homes with the necessary medical equipment, communicating complex end-of-life options with clarity and kindness, and providing grief support resources to families. You will collaborate closely with our care team to coordinate schedules and consult on cases, ensuring that every interaction reflects our core values of compassion and respect.
We value transparency and connection. Candidates selected for the next stage will engage in a series of conversations designed to assess both clinical competence and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening, a discussion of your approach to hospice care, and a final interview with the team leadership.
Lap of Love is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and the families we serve.
