In this full-time, remote capacity, you will host video calls to guide borrowers through closing documents, answer questions, and facilitate the signing ceremony. Your day involves setting up technology and documents, performing quality assurance on all paperwork, and managing post-close flows to prepare loans for servicing. You will collaborate closely with origination team members, share best practices, and provide feedback to help evolve our systems as the business scales.
