As a Mobile Automation Test Lead (iOS Focus), you will drive high-quality mobile application delivery by building scalable automation frameworks and robust testing strategies. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team, collaborating with cross-functional groups to ensure seamless mobile experiences. Your day will involve designing frameworks from scratch, translating user stories into efficient automated scripts, and managing testing across diverse device matrices.
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of robust test automation strategies across UI, API, and enterprise systems. You will architect frameworks to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency, driving end-to-end quality assurance for cloud, web, and database environments. This role requires deep collaboration with leadership to align quality strategies with business goals and execute performance testing.
As a Lead Test Automation Engineer, you will ensure high-quality delivery for web and mobile applications through robust automation frameworks. You will coordinate activities with offshore teams, manage daily stand-ups, and maintain automation frameworks to ensure scalability. Your focus will be on developing functional test cases, performing regression testing, and driving automation excellence across platforms.

Experience with Android testing and cross-platform automation; Knowledge of API test automation frameworks; Hands-on experience in accessibility (a11y) testing for mobile applications; Familiarity with emerging tools such as Maestro (YAML-based automation); Strong collaboration and communication skills in agile environments; Experience in the mortgage or financial services domain; Exposure to tools such as Loan Runner or similar lending platforms; Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and influencing quality strategy; Ability to mentor team members and drive QA best practices and innovation; Strong experience in business workflow validation and real-world scenario testing; Experience in performance testing and security testing; Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes for test environments; Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for test execution; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
