Beauty is eternal. It is captured in the way you feel and in the way you look. Since opening our doors in 1937, our mission has been to help women feel beautiful. While fashions have changed, the "Windsor dream" has not. From icons like Jacqueline Kennedy and Princess Diana to the red carpet of today, Windsor has made beauty accessible to all women, not just celebrities.
Owned and operated for generations by the Zekaria family, our caring vision of shared beauty affects everything we do. Women come to Windsor to find the perfect look that makes them feel beautiful, and we have been there for them through life's important moments: a first kiss at the dance, graduation, a big interview, or a wedding party. Lives have been changed, and the memories live forever.
Today, Windsor continues to bring that "Oasis experience" to you in over 200 stores and through our online shop. Some things should never change.
The Manager in Training serves as an Assistant Manager while completing necessary courses and gaining hands-on experience to successfully advance to a keyed store management position. This role is designed for individuals ready to direct sales by coaching and motivating employees to achieve both personal and store sales goals. You will ensure compliance with all company operations, policies, and procedures while actively controlling store shrink through loss prevention practices.
Windsor is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
