As a Mission Trainer Team Lead based in Ft. Belvoir, VA, you will drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards by developing, maintaining, and delivering training materials. You will provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula to support educational goals, ensuring all material is maintained within assigned educational systems such as AGILE and the Training Development Capability (TDC).
In this role, you will review emerging policy and doctrine publications, providing feedback and assessing them for incorporation into training products. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government. This position is contingent upon contract award, and the actual job description may vary based on specific contract requirements and organizational needs.
