Design is who we are. Headquartered in North Andover, MA with offices in Boston, Miami, San Diego, and Princeton, CUBE 3 has been a design and innovation leader for over 20 years. Our work spans 25 states, driven by a diverse and dedicated team devoted to mastering a wide range of client needs.
As one of the fastest-growing firms in the country, we have been ranked by Inc. 500|5000 for four years and received numerous prestigious awards across project sectors. We have created a culture that gives talented people a place to collaborate, grow, and thrive while delivering great projects alongside amazing people.
Beyond the benefits, the biggest perk at CUBE 3 is the people. When we're not working, we're playing. Our team members frequently gather for activities ranging from ongoing pool tournaments and book clubs to cookouts, company sports teams, and fun employee-led initiatives like Photoshop Fridays. There is always something to get involved in.
Professional development is a priority. We support growth through a company-wide mentorship program, industry exposure, and CUBE-U—a program designed to share knowledge and provide access to comprehensive trainings and tools year-round.
As a Mid-Level Interior Designer, you will join an inclusive team of designers and be involved in projects across all phases—from design presentations and materials selections to renderings and construction documents. You will work on a diverse range of projects in various sizes and scales.
You will operate with a self-directed approach, performing a variety of design and technical tasks requiring standard techniques and knowledge gained through your experience. Working under the direction of a Project Manager, you will be responsible for specific technical design aspects, including the investigation, evaluation, development, and implementation of design solutions. You will create, review, and evolve concept design options, assign tasks to team members, and deliver within project schedules while providing professional consultation.
This role requires close coordination with consultants, clients, and internal team members. You will work closely with the QA/QC team for technical insight to ensure complete project review while providing support for the Project Manager across all aspects of the project. You will take on emerging responsibility for design and document accuracy and thoroughness.
