As a Merchandising Services Associate, you serve as a vital connection point between Merchandising and Store Operations, ensuring every Lowe's store delivers a great shopping experience. If you enjoy building eye-catching displays and implementing strategies that showcase in-demand products, you will find a rewarding home with our Merchandising Services Team.
Your primary focus is ensuring the store's signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. You will create product displays that are safe, clean, visually appealing, and accessible to customers. While much of your time is dedicated to back-of-house activities, you will also engage with customers when opportunities arise—listening to their needs, answering questions, communicating product or warranty information, and assisting in locating or handling merchandise.
