About the Role
You will serve as the face of The Hershey Company at The Hershey's Chocolate World, ensuring a visual presence that enhances the customer experience. In this role, you will maintain store standards, recover and replenish inventory, and execute floor sets based on preset planograms. Your day-to-day involves driving customer satisfaction by communicating product information in a friendly, fun, and consistent manner, while making personalized recommendations regarding Hershey's products and café services.
Beyond operational duties, you will create awareness of in-store promotions and contribute to a positive work environment by treating all guests and employees with respect. Success in this position requires an entrepreneurial attitude, a passion for the brand's history, and the ability to maintain a professional appearance while adhering to uniform expectations.
