About the Role
Merchandisers are critical to our success at FritoLay. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising FritoLay's complete line of products, including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos, in stores such as supermarkets and large grocery stores. While you will start as a Merchandiser, we are investing in helping you grow with us; this position can open the door to career opportunities with FritoLay or our parent company, PepsiCo.
The work environment is fun, fast-paced, and physical. We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule. You should expect to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. You will drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations, retrieve products, and merchandise them throughout the store. You will work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives, following a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers. You will also leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
