About the Role
The Merchandise Sales Associate is responsible for creating the ultimate game day experience for the fan at Yankee Stadium. Our number one priority is to provide fans with a legendary experience each time they enter the store. We strive to create an environment unlike any other sporting event worldwide, going above and beyond to exceed expectations in customer service, display of merchandise, and attention to detail.
In this role, you will be the face of the store, fostering an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team and fan base. You will demonstrate ownership in maintaining the store's presentation, including cleaning, re-stocking, and assisting with event gift shop set-ups. Success in this position requires a passion for retail, an outgoing personality, and a love for selling. You will build relationships with fans, describe merchandise features and benefits, and keep current on promotions and events at the speedway.
