This position serves as a vital patient advocate, setting the standard for performance through role modeling and by actively communicating to meet patient needs. You will assist registered nurses in the direct care of patients, with a specific focus on supporting activities of daily living. Your presence helps ensure a safe and therapeutic environment on the unit through continuous observation, monitoring, and interaction, as well as by providing assistance in group settings.
