The Role

As a clinician with SonderMind, you will enjoy the freedom to set your own working hours and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Sessions can be conducted via telehealth or in-person. We handle all the billing for you and guarantee pay bi-weekly for completed sessions, including no-shows.

You will seamlessly onboard your existing clients while receiving new referrals. Benefit from thoughtful client matching to personalize your caseload, with support from a dedicated account manager to help you grow your practice across various specialties. We do not charge fees or membership charges; all features, access, tools, and resources come free of charge.

Our secure, clinically-developed AI tools eliminate administrative tasks and keep clients engaged between sessions. These tools include auto-generated, insurance-compliant clinical notes, session takeaways to extend care, session prep to clarify goals, collaborative goal setting, clear treatment plans, and AI-guided journaling prompts for clients.

Please note that SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in-person sessions, but we can help connect you with other SonderMind therapists looking to share space.
