About the Role

As the Lead Care Manager at Sunrise at North Hills, you will serve as the guiding force for a group of Care Managers during your shift. Your primary purpose is to ensure that quality care and services are consistently provided to residents in our care neighborhoods and documented in alignment with each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP). You will lead by example, demonstrating our mission to promote the highest degree of quality care while adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations.

In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and your team members. Your day involves supervising the team's daily operations, from managing attendance and shift requests to coaching staff on Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care, such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene. You will foster a culture of hospitality by assisting with meal service and encouraging personalized resident participation in life enrichment programming. Additionally, you will ensure accurate documentation, maintain a safe environment, and act as a bridge between the care team, care coordinators, and families to address changes in resident conditions.

Hiring Process
