The Role

As a clinician with SonderMind, you will enjoy the freedom to set your own working hours and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Sessions can be conducted via telehealth or in-person. We handle all the billing for you and guarantee pay bi-weekly for completed sessions, including no-shows. You will seamlessly onboard your existing clients while receiving new referrals, with support from a dedicated account manager to help you grow your practice across various specialties.

Our secure, clinically-developed AI tools eliminate administrative tasks and keep clients engaged between sessions. From auto-generating insurance-compliant clinical notes to facilitating client journaling through AI-guided prompts, our technology is designed to help you hit the ground running and extend care beyond the session.

Please note that SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in-person sessions, but we can help connect you with other SonderMind therapists looking to share space.
