We are seeking a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join our Bridge to Wellness team. This role is dedicated to providing school-based services at Albert Einstein High School and various community locations. You will work directly with students of all ages and their families, serving as a vital link in our behavioral health ecosystem.
As a Therapist, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including Therapeutic/Youth Mentors, Care Managers, and fellow Mental Health Therapists. Together, you will deliver individual and family clinical support, facilitate therapeutic groups, and lead psychoeducational workshops designed to meet the unique needs of our school communities. This position requires a high level of personal resilience to navigate the high-stress nature of the work while maintaining professional standards and providing effective support.
