This part-time contract position seeks a mental health coach to provide transition support centered on a holistic and integrative family systems approach. Mental health coaches are responsible for helping families navigate a large spectrum of behavioral and emotional challenges. The role involves meeting with clients weekly to provide relationship-based support that addresses systemic needs, including clinical, school, work, and social skills.
Coaches will collaborate closely with a care team comprising an individual coach, a parent coach, and a clinical team leader to support the family as a whole. The work encourages creative approaches grounded in solid, evidence-based theories. Coaches work with their clients to create flexible schedules, which may include off-business hours such as after-school, evening, and weekend appointments. The role also requires the ability to travel to meet clients.
