Wonder was created with the intent to provide therapeutic support services for pre-teens, adolescents, young adults, and their families. Our approach combines individual and parent coaching with family therapy, grounded in a holistic and integrative family systems model. We value creative approaches supported by solid, evidence-based theories and foster a supportive, caring team environment where members collaborate and share resources.
We are seeking a Mental Health Coach to provide transition support centered on a holistic and integrative family systems approach. In this part-time contract position, you will help families navigate a large spectrum of behavioral and emotional challenges. Your work will focus on relationship-based support combined with an understanding of systemic needs, including clinical, school, work, and social skills.
You will meet with clients weekly and collaborate closely with a dedicated care team—including an individual coach, parent coach, and clinical team leader—to support the family as a whole. This role requires a flexible schedule that may include off-business hours, such as after school, evenings, and weekends, as well as the ability to travel to meet clients.
