About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serveing its members by providing exceptional customer service and operational excellence at the front end of the store. The Member Frontline Cashier plays a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming shopping experience for every member who visits the club.
Day in the Life
As a Member Frontline Cashier, you will be the face of Sam’s Club, assisting members with their purchases and providing friendly, efficient customer service. Your day will involve operating registers, scanning merchandise, and processing cash and card payments with accuracy and speed. You will also verify memberships, answer member questions, and handle returns when necessary.
In addition to traditional checkout duties, you may assist with self-checkout stations and help members with large purchases, ensuring that all members have a seamless experience regardless of their preferred payment method. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area is essential to creating a positive environment for our members.
