Day in the Life
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while operating registers and processing payments. Your day-to-day activities include scanning items, bagging groceries, and handling returns, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. You will also assist customers with questions and provide general assistance throughout the store. Additionally, you may support Amazon returns, online order pickups, and self-checkout stations. Your ability to engage with customers and maintain a positive attitude is essential to creating a welcoming environment for all shoppers.
