As a Medical Waste Route Driver (Swing Non CDL), you will be responsible for servicing various accounts with the highest level of professionalism. Your day involves ensuring customers' needs are met through timely waste pickups and supply deliveries. Routes may change daily to cover absences, vacations, or service adjustments, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
You will transport waste from Stericycle locations or customer sites to transfer or processing locations, adhering strictly to federal, state, and local regulations. Every vehicle is equipped with advanced technology, including camera telematics (inside and outside), ELDs, and GPS, to ensure safety and compliance. A key part of your day involves managing daily schedules, reviewing manifests and route sheets, and ensuring customers have properly packaged waste before transport. You will also perform pre-trip and post-trip maintenance on your assigned truck and maintain accurate documentation.
