The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as a strategic bridge between Daiichi Sankyo and the healthcare community. This US Medical Affairs, field-based role focuses on developing ongoing professional relationships with national and regional healthcare opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals. The MSL provides essential medical and scientific support for Daiichi Sankyo initiatives in selected therapeutic areas, specifically within the oncology field.
In this position, you will educate healthcare professionals, internal stakeholders (including Medical, Marketing, and Sales teams), and decision-makers in healthcare systems regarding therapeutic areas and related products. You will act as a key representative of the Medical Science Liaison function, engaging with investigators, study committee members, and advisors to facilitate clinical research programs and scientific exchange. The role requires a deep understanding of disease states and the ability to translate complex scientific data into meaningful insights for the medical community.
This territory covers the following states: AK, WA, OR, CA, AZ, NV, UT, ID, MT, Northern and West WY. The position involves travel up to 60% to fulfill field activities and engage with key opinion leaders.
