The Medical Records Clerk is an integral part of the Business Office team at Northeast Valley Health Corporation. This role serves as a vital back-up to the Patient Registration Clerk, ensuring the Health Center's electronic health records (EHR) are maintained with precision and in strict adherence to established procedures and policies.
You will be the guardian of patient data accuracy, responsible for entering, accessing, and verifying detailed patient information within the EHR system. Success in this position requires a pleasant, patient-oriented attitude and a professional demeanor. As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish, you will bridge communication gaps, utilizing excellent written and oral skills to support our diverse community.
This is a collaborative team environment where your attention to detail directly impacts the quality of care provided. You will work alongside registration staff to ensure seamless patient experiences while upholding the highest standards of data integrity.
