About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Southampton office to serve as the vital face of our practice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive. Your day will involve managing the front desk in a fast-paced environment, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and maintaining accurate patient records. Beyond administrative tasks, you will assist the office manager and physicians as needed, playing a key part in the seamless delivery of care.
