Our Physics team currently consists of 14 board certified Physicists, 1 Medical Physics Assistant, and 15 dosimetrists. We are responsible for covering 10 different care sites across central and eastern Ohio. Our large group provides collaborative cross-coverage support for the team, ensuring that even though each physicist has a home base and primary care site, we provide rotating weekly chart check coverage remotely.
Our OhioHealth Physics team is expanding to support the growth of an additional care site. We are looking to add a new Physics position to join our Radiation Oncology team. This role will be primarily based at our care sites within Columbus, OH, with a hybrid work environment offered to our Physicists. We are certainly open to considering Residency candidates.
This position is for those who believe that learning is a life-long process and strive for excellence in the healthcare industry. You will work in a caring environment where your passion for physics directly impacts patient care through the use of advanced technologies including Linear Accelerators, SRS, SBRT, and HDR systems.
