The Medical Director, Medical Affairs is a senior leadership role responsible for supporting the development and execution of the medical strategy for encaleret across clinical development programs for autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1 (ADH1) and chronic hypoparathyroidism. This position is critical to advancing scientific engagement, evidence generation, and dissemination, as well as preparing for the United States launch and post-marketing activities.
You will serve as a key cross-functional partner, providing medical expertise and strategic leadership across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, Patient Advocacy, and Field Medical. Additionally, you will represent BridgeBio externally with investigators, key opinion leaders (KOLs), patient organizations, and the broader scientific community.
This is a hybrid/on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The position requires the ability to travel up to approximately 40% for scientific meetings, advisory boards, and internal engagements.
