We are seeking a Medical Director to lead our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This unique position blends hands-on clinical practice with strategic leadership, serving as the clinical anchor for our hospital. You will not only perform comprehensive exams, diagnose illnesses, and execute medical and surgical procedures but also guide the medical vision of the facility.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to mentor the next generation of clinicians. You will establish and enforce medical protocols that ensure consistency, safety, and quality outcomes for every dog and cat that walks through our doors. Beyond the clinical floor, you will play a pivotal role in client education, building trust through clear communication and long-term health planning.
