About the Role
A-Line Staffing is seeking a Medical Device Assembler to join our team in Tempe, AZ. This on-site position operates within a certified cleanroom and laboratory environment, focusing on the precise assembly of medical devices. The role is critical to maintaining high-quality manufacturing standards and ensuring accurate documentation in a fast-paced setting.
Schedule and Compensation
This is a contract assignment with a 40-hour weekly schedule, running from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The position offers a competitive rate of $23.00 per hour, paid biweekly. Benefits become available for full-time employees after 90 days of employment, with a 401(k) match option accessible after one year of service.

Experience in manufacturing processes such as Pad Printing, Heat Bonding, UV Curing, Laser Welding, Catheter Inspection, RF Welding, HLH, Vacuum Lamination, Balloon Blowing, Catheter Annealing, PVA Spraying, Split Die Lamination, or Dip Coating. Soft skills including being a team player, flexible, and consistent.
