About the Role
WhidbeyHealth is seeking dedicated Medical Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver quality care to patients and families of all ages. In this role, you will assist physicians, mid-level providers, and clinical staff in providing essential medical services within your scope of practice, ensuring care is tailored to individual patient needs.
You will thrive in a fast-paced ambulatory care environment where teamwork, communication, and service orientation are paramount. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion. A professional appearance and a working style that emphasizes collegiality are essential.
Compensation & Incentives
We offer competitive wage ranges and a $5,000 Sign-On Incentive for eligible candidates.
- Medical Assistant: $27.89 - $42.77 per hour
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $29.57 - $46.16 per hour
