Founded in 2014, Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model providing holistic care for medically vulnerable adults in skilled nursing, assisted living facilities, and private residences. Our physician-led team—including physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and clinical support staff—operates on a value-driven framework of excellence, integrity, person-centeredness, stewardship, and teamwork. We empower facilities to reach their goals while ensuring extraordinary patient outcomes through collaborative, interdisciplinary care.
The Medical Assistant is a vital field-based partner to our clinical providers, enhancing team performance by facilitating clinical services and managing the logistics of patient care. You will work alongside assigned providers to ensure they can focus entirely on treating patients, acting as a buffer between the provider, families, and facility staff.
Your day involves ensuring patients are seen according to clinical protocols, performing medication reconciliations, and managing the flow of clinical documentation, lab results, and telehealth sessions. You will also support facility operations by assisting with triage, discharge planning, and communication between the facility and Eventus. This role requires flexibility, as you may be asked to travel up to 60 miles from your home to various facilities. The position typically follows a Monday–Friday dayshift schedule with flexible hours.
Interested candidates should submit their application including their resume and cover letter. Qualified applicants will be contacted for an initial screening to discuss experience and availability. Successful candidates will proceed to a final interview with the Lead Medical Assistant or MA Manager/Supervisor to discuss role specifics and team fit.
Eventus WholeHealth is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment. We are an equal opportunity employer and consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
