Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- check_circleSchedule and confirm patient appointments to ensure effective communication
- check_circleMaintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical supplies
- check_circlePerform administrative duties including data entry and record management
- check_circleCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient care
- check_circleDeliver excellent customer service to patients and their families
- check_circlePrepare and maintain patients' medical records and documentation
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMA Certification required
- verifiedMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- verifiedExperience with Electronic Health Records (Athena preferred)
- verifiedReliable transportation and willingness to travel to all clinical sites
Nice to Have
Post-secondary education in healthcare. Experience in a specialty practice. Proficiency with Athena Electronic Health Records.
