About the Role

As a Med Surg/Telemetry RN, you will deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients in acute care facilities throughout the United States. This travel role is designed for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to adapt quickly to new hospital policies, electronic health record systems, and unit cultures.

In this position, you will be the backbone of the care team, assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care while monitoring telemetry and interpreting cardiac rhythms. Your day will involve collaborating closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care, managing everything from pre- and post-operative needs to complex wound care and pain management. You will also play a vital role in educating patients and families, ensuring they understand their diagnoses and treatment plans to promote safety and adherence after discharge.
