check_circleSupport operations and maintenance during plant operations including troubleshooting and equipment repairs
check_circleProvide input into capital project scope and detailed engineering to ensure safe plant design
check_circlePerform analysis of production loss and equipment failure data using statistical analysis tools
check_circleLead root cause analyses of process upsets and equipment failures to identify corrective actions

Requirements

verifiedBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
verified3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting highly preferred
verifiedExperience with reliability engineering highly preferred
verifiedFamiliarity with process industry standards and applicable codes like ASME, API, ANSI, etc.
verifiedExperience with rotating equipment, piping systems, and mechanical equipment and design
verifiedExperience with mechanical integrity (MI) requirements supporting OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM)
verifiedExperience with SAP Maintenance systems and AutoCad software highly preferred
verifiedKnowledge of PSM Mechanical Integrity and materials of construction for chemical processes
verifiedNo visa sponsorship required
